Since It has been announced that google is taking its new product named "Google Plus" to the market, things under discussion are mostly related to the fact that "Can Google Plus Beat Facebook ?".
The answer to this question by most of people is negative.According to many of them Google Plus needs a Lot of time in future to prove its worth as it has not the quality features which can attract people. well I think time will decide that how much will it take for the google to show up its newly launched product, but again "is it good enough for a product to come up with the features just as similar to facebook and twitter, to beat them ?."
However the points mentioned above were the public concerns but Google itself don't consider Google Plus as a competitor to facebook atleast officially it hasn't been announced, but the design, layout and features speek otherwise.

well said.... but as i presume, Google Plus will have to fight with facebook at least for two years. it is very interesting to see the fight between Google and Facebook because one of them gonna flop in coming 2 to 3 years.

Because Google is the best..Google is introducing great feature. which you have already mentioned in this article....Like Hangout etc, People wants something new... and Google can do anything. you can take the example of blogger as a competitor of wordpress, Google proved its worth to take blogger way ahead from wordpress..So according to my short knowledge Google Plus can Beat Facebook....
ReplyDeletefirst let me tell you, Google is a competitor of Facebook, Google+ is a newly launched product by Google and every new product takes time to be matured and popular in the market. There is no competition between google+ and Facebook, you should analyze the traffic of google and facebook first then decide who is the actual competitor of Facebook. Google is just creating hype among audience to secure its search audience by the way. As far as Google+ concern, go back into 3 years history and check, google launched many product to compete with facebook but everytime google failed. I must say this is the last chance to give tough time to Facebook. Final Round has begun, Final announcement is not so far from us.

ReplyDelete@ham : Let me add one thing here, Facebook has started to loose its worth, as it already has banned Bot from Google and started to Shut down the Facebook applications in the name of spam, Investors who have spent thousands of dollars on creating those apps and Developers who have spent years creating those apps are already very much disturbed as they are not being explained properly by Facebook. So my point is , Why in the world the investors and the developers would stuck on Facebook and waste there time and money.

Can you do live marketing on Google? face to face? do you have any idea about the time average of users on both Google and Facebook? Do you think a Internet surfer will give importance to Google? @ham : Look, I am not here to prove any point here, neither I want to Prove Google Plus to be better than Facebook. What I meant to say is that , People have already started loosing there faith from Facebook due the some problems i have already mentioned. Now if Google Plus come up with some ideas that can attract people it will find its way in. All of the questions you have asked are not the part of our discussion as I have also mentioned in my article too that Network which will come up with new ideas and provide some good stuff will definitely followed whether it is google or Facebook.
ReplyDeleteComing to the concerns you have mentioned , Let me add one thing here Google Plus is not Fully Launched yet, So it will be premature saying that all of the specialties you have mentioned are available on Google.
What if Google provide all of those things in Google Plus ?
Next 2,3 years will decide that who will be the king of social media......I still prefer Facebook,Google + need alot time to penetrates in the mind of the user...But when it penetrates into the users's mind then the interesting game between google+ and Facebook will starts...

it's not difficult For Google because Google.com is World No. Search engine and Also Youtube and Blogger are in top 5. So they can Advertise on there Big Platform. so i think it is not so far then G+ across Facebook. :)
